The nationwide Fit India Sunday Cycle Ride returns tomorrow at Connaught Place, bringing together cyclists, families, and fitness enthusiasts for a morning of health and community. With thousands expected to join, here’s a simple guide to help you register and prepare.

📲 How to Register

  1. Download the Fit India App
    • Available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
    • Search for “Fit India Movement” and install the official app.
  2. Create Your Account
    • Open the app → tap Register.
    • Enter your mobile number → verify with OTP.
    • Fill in basic details: Name, Age, Gender, City.
    • Once verified, your account is active.
  3. Sign Up for the Free Ride (You have an option to get free cycle at event or bring your own cycle)
  • In the app, go to Events → Fit India Sundays on Cycle.
  • Select Delhi – Connaught Place, 22nd March.
  • Tap Join Event → receive a digital confirmation ticket.
  • You have an option to get free cycle at event or bring your own cycle
  • You can optionally select to avail a T-Shirt and refreshment as per the availability.

🎉 What to Expect on Sunday

  • Venue: Connaught Place, Delhi (Raahgiri Day zone).
  • Time: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM.
  • Activities:
    • Group cycling rides
    • Yoga, aerobics, and zumba sessions
    • Fitness awareness campaigns under the Fit India Movement
  • Scale: Over 5,000+ locations nationwide participate, making it India’s largest community fitness initiative.
